After implementing the Society Capacity Building (SCB) inaugural education at Madrasah Darussalam 02 Bagon, Kec. Puger on Saturday, September 11, 2021, the Imaji Sociopreneur team continued the SCB of the environmental social group at the residence of Mrs. Ike, the chairman of the Mawar Putih Waste Bank, Andongsari Village the next day.

Inviting all environmental social groups in all program target villages, this activity aims to build chemistry, unify the concept and orientation of the ALP Village environmental program, and a means of exchanging ideas and input between social groups and the Imaji Sociopreneur team.

The SCB activity is one of our efforts to build cooperation with all social groups in the village. Because, we believe that social groups actually have an important role so that all programs can have an impact on tobacco farmers and the community in a sustainable manner. They are real local heroes.

Collaborating with social groups in the village has been an empowerment concept that we have been promoting since the beginning. Thus, we positioned social groups as active subjects; we invite them to have a dialogue from the beginning to understand and accommodate aspirations for the improvement of the program in the future. On that basis, we will carry out this SCB activity every month.

The environmental sector in the ALP Village program itself has 4 main focuses, namely the establishment of a waste lab, waste bank, green protocol, and an Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST). Through these 4 focuses, we hope to be able to contribute to protecting the environment in the village through the simplest stages: educating and inviting village communities to sort and manage household waste.
