Education is one of the fundamental values ​​in building a nation, education cannot only be interpreted as a formal school facility, but the play phase for children is the most serious learning process they do, because from playing the child is not only honing psychological abilities but also social skills. . Seeing this fact, Imaji Sociopreneur created a program that we named "Imaji Academy". In this program we provide a means of playing and learning for children through the media for developing their interests and talents.

We believe that every child is always born with their own specialties, but our limitations in understanding these privileges make us not infrequently see children as objects not as subjects, this is what results in children's vulnerability to discrimination and exploitation by both the environment and family. This exploitation practice also often brings children into the world of work prematurely due to economic factors faced by their families, and this is also a problem in several industries, including the tobacco industry.

Tobacco as a plant is not only interpreted as a commodity but also as a culture that has been attached, especially in the districts of Jember, Bondowoso, Lumajang and Situbondo. Therefore, we Imaji Sociopreneur together with PT Universal Pandu Sata Utama in 2020 have made efforts and initiations in providing a forum and means in preventing child labor through Imaji Academy, in 2020 we carried out a program in Ledokombo District, Jember Regency which is located in Slateng Village and Lembongan Village. In an effort to implement the program, we do not forget to synergize with educational social groups that already exist in these villages so that in the future this program will not only be interpreted as a program tool but can also be adopted and inspire local social groups to continue the program independently.

We carried out the Imaji Academy in the two villages with two different approaches, in Slateng Village we approached through Pondok Pesantren where we could further strengthen the learning facilities and infrastructure in the pesantren so that they could be more varied and innovative so that children who initially saw Pesantren only as a means of religious learning to open their horizons, especially in creative learning activities, while in Lembengan Village we approach together with a group of kindergarten and early childhood teachers, we take this facility with the aim of strengthening children's learning at an early age and mentoring students young parents to better understand the importance of the value of education and investment in children as family assets that should not be wasted and supported during their development so that children are able to achieve what they aspire to in the future.

Through these two approaches, we got several cases and challenges in each village, but each of these emerging challenges has made us more mature in the future in forming a new system of education methods for children based on interests and talents so that it can be a means of supporting and alternative education that carried out in the community, in the future Imaji Academy will always improve from some of the challenges we face and our enthusiasm to create new Imaji Academys in other villages so that the spirit of inspiring to build the country can be carried out more widely.
